I am learning to take the readings on Heaven in the Bible literally. And it’s been eye-opening.
He is the Light
In my studying of the scriptures, Jesus and God are often described as “light” - the “light of the world”. And many of my friends who have experienced near-death encounters report that He is indeed made of light. It emanates from Him and from the throne room. In fact, they report that ALL things in heaven are made of light, even the flowers, trees, and grass. I know that when I saw my living kaleidoscope gates that spun, they contained many variations of orange due to the intense light shining through them.
Resurrection is Physical
You’ve likely already read about the resurrection of our Work in Heaven. This was, of course, an effect of my learning to read the scriptures literally.
