So many examples from the Bible that we’re living in today and many people don’t even realize it! Jesus is still more alive today and still healing people although people say “ it’s so long ago” NO! He’s still here with us if you believe! Very inspiring!
Julie, this is a wonderful article I enjoyed. There is always more to be gleaned from God's Word. When you wrote of the risen Chrst, I was reminded of the dream God gave me after my Mom died. I never really got to say good bye or see you later to my mom. I was not able to go to her funeral either due to my life circumstances in my first marriage. The dream was beautiful and vivid. I still can see the images in my mind. My mom came to see me. She was so beautiful! I remember her saying that she couldn't stay long. I believe I saw and spoke to my Mom in a vision or dream. It was peaceful. I saw her in complete healing. (She died from cancer.) She glowed! I imagine this was from her being in God's presence. God gave me a precious gift to be able to go on and to have hope in Christ to see my mom again one day with Jesus. I had a different experience when my son died 2 years later, but an even more precious gift from God on my darkest day.
