We can choose what story our lives will tell—one of bitterness or forgiveness, fear or faith, trauma or healing, distraction or devotion. A story of dependence on substances or an obsession with God. A narrative of self-preservation, or an unselfish mindset. An account of reacting out of pain, or responding brilliantly from healthy wholeness.
I've been thinking a lot about legacy as well. Thanks for sharing these thoughts. I've signed up for your class, but I'll have to watch the replay because I teach kids on Wednesday afternoons. :-)
